Welcome to the MancsLab webshop. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MancsLab. The MancsLab webshop is operated by Endstone Group Kft. The website and the related information, content, features, tools, products and services are collectively referred to as the “Services”.

The technical provider of the MancsLab webshop is Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to our customers.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies referred to herein, set out your rights and obligations in connection with the use of the website and purchases in the MancsLab webshop.

Please read these terms carefully. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

1. Access and user account

By using the website, you declare that you are of legal age under the laws of your country of residence, or that you use the Services under the supervision of an adult.

Certain information may be required to make a purchase, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, phone number and payment details. You declare that the information you provide is accurate, up to date and complete.

If you create a user account, you alone are responsible for the security of the login details for the account and for all activities carried out using the account.

2. Products

We do our best to present our products in the webshop accurately and clearly. However, product photos, colours and appearance may differ from reality due to the display, settings or lighting conditions of the device you use.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, stock levels and availability at any time. We may limit or discontinue the availability of certain products.

The animal health rapid tests and other products available in the MancsLab webshop may provide indicative information, but they do not replace veterinary examination, diagnosis or treatment. If you suspect illness, or in the case of persistent symptoms, a deteriorating condition or an uncertain result, please consult a veterinarian.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where justified, in particular in the case of insufficient stock, an incorrect price, incorrect product information, a payment problem or another technical error. In such cases we will try to notify you using one of the contact details you provided.

Please check the contents of your cart, the shipping details and the billing details before placing your order. Orders can be changed or cancelled depending on their processing status.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on the website.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown in the webshop are in euros. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. The prices shown at the time the order is placed apply to the order.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment, billing and shipping details when making a purchase. Payment is made by card; when paying by card, you declare that you are authorised to use the card provided.

Payment data handled by the payment providers and Shopify may also be subject to those providers’ own privacy policies.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered using the shipping methods indicated on the website (Packeta delivery across the EU). The delivery times shown are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

We accept no responsibility for delays caused by the courier service, the shipping partner, customs clearance or events beyond our control.

When receiving the parcel, please check that the shipment is intact. If the parcel is damaged, ask the courier for a damage report where possible and contact us.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, images, graphics, videos, product descriptions, logos, brand marks, designs and other content on the website are the property of MancsLab, its partners or rights holders, and may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

The content of the website may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, modifying, publishing, selling or commercially using the content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Third-party tools and links

The website may contain tools, features, plug-ins or external links provided by third parties. We accept no responsibility for their operation, content, data processing or availability.

If you navigate to a third-party website or service, please read that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

8. Relationship with Shopify

The technical provider of the MancsLab webshop is Shopify, which enables us to operate the webshop. However, a purchase in the MancsLab webshop is concluded directly between you and MancsLab.

Shopify is not responsible for the sale concluded between you and MancsLab, or for any claims, complaints, damages or losses relating to the products, unless otherwise provided by law.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through the Services is governed by the MancsLab Privacy Policy, available at the following link: https://mancslab.eu/policies/privacy-policy.

Shopify may also process certain personal data in connection with the operation of the webshop. Shopify’s privacy policy is available here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users.

The e-mail address is also processed for direct marketing purposes in connection with the customer satisfaction survey; you may object to this via our contact details. Your e-mail address is stored as a data processor by Árukereső, i.e. Online Comparison Shopping Kft. (1074 Budapest, Rákóczi út 70–72.), for the purpose of the questionnaire survey.

10. Customer feedback

If you send us an opinion, review, suggestion, image, video or other feedback, you declare that you are entitled to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

We are entitled to use feedback to improve our services, for customer service purposes and for marketing and communication purposes, in compliance with the applicable laws and data protection rules.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or otherwise objectionable.

11. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, in particular in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping fees, availability or stock information.

We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information and, where justified, change or cancel orders at any time.

12. Prohibited uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to:

The information displayed on the website is for general information purposes. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free or up to date at all times.

When using the products, please always follow the instructions for use supplied with the product. On animal health matters, the information available on the website does not replace veterinary advice.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MancsLab, its partners, employees, service providers and licensors exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential or other damage arising from the use of the website, reliance on the information available on the website, or improper use of the products.

This limitation of liability does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to compensate MancsLab for any damages, costs or claims arising from your breach of these terms, violation of the law, infringement of third-party rights or abusive use of the Services.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18. Waiver and entire agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These terms, together with the policies published on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and MancsLab regarding the use of the Services.

19. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights and obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. MancsLab is entitled to transfer or assign its rights and obligations within the limits of the law.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. These terms do not limit consumer rights or mandatory statutory provisions.

21. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version currently in force is available on this page. Changes take effect upon publication unless otherwise provided by law or the published notice.
